The role

 

We are looking for a Property Manager to assist the wider Property Team with the management of a number of A Grade commercial buildings in Melbourne’s CBD.

 

Specifically, the Property Manager is responsible for day to day liaison with Commercial and Retail tenants, Retail management, administrative support attendance at tenant meetings and working with the operations team.

 

This is a diverse role with exposure to all aspects of Property Management including property management, projects, customer service and finance.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Liaising with Commercial and Retail Tenants to ensure that all day to day requirements are met with in a timely manner. Ensuring that all matters are followed through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Using customer feedback, work with the General Manager and wider Property Team to continually improve customer service and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assisting the General Manager with retail assignments including recommendations to co-owners and coordination documentation execution.
  • Assisting in collating information required for reporting and valuation purposes and working on ad hoc projects as required.
  • Assisting the Lease Administrator with collecting and maintaining lease documentation such as bank guarantees, direct debit, public liability insurances.

 

What makes you stand out

 

We are looking for a property management professional, with a current Agents Representative Qualification who has the ability to build effective working relationships with various stakeholder groups.

 

You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.

 

You will need to be proficient in the MS Office suite and experience working with SAP, CTI, Salesforce and/or Tableau would be advantageous.

 

This role would suit a proactive Property Manager looking to work landlord side on premium assets and expand their commercial property career horizons.
