The role
Join the GPT Logistics team as the PA supporting two senior leaders – Logistics’ Head of Development and the Head of Asset Management.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business. Your adaptability, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure your success as a valued member of the team.
What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities:

Email and diary management on behalf of Logistics’ Head of Development and Head of Asset Management.

Coordinating meetings and events with internal / external clients and senior stakeholders, including the preparation of agendas, distribution of materials, minutes, and action items.

Proactively managing and anticipating team travel requirements, including booking flights and accommodation in accordance with GPT’s policy.

Expense Management on behalf of Head of Development and Head of Asset Management in accordance with GPT’s policy.

Managing online filing system, ensuring access to relevant staff / teams.

Processing purchase orders, invoices, new suppliers and Capex requests via GPT’s procurement and accounts payable system.

Providing first level trouble-shooting to the Logistics Development and Asset Management Leadership Team

Assist in coordinating Investment Committee and Board papers on behalf of the Logistics Development and Asset Management teams.

Producing and formatting high quality presentations, Board papers, reports, letters, agendas and minutes in line with GPT style guidelines.

Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding.

Fostering effective relationships across the wider EA / PA community.
