The role
Step into a pivotal role where you'll orchestrate the performance of multiple premium office assets across our portfolio. Reporting to and working closely with the Divisional Portfolio Manager, you'll be the driving force behind investment strategies, championing leasing initiatives, and collaborating with site teams to unlock value and deliver strong returns for our Fund and co-owners.

What you will be doing
- Developing & delivering the strategic investment plan agreed with the Fund/Owners, identifying key risks to mitigate and opportunities to capitalise on to provide growth and enhance returns.
- Implement the strategic investment plan through engagement with the site asset teams (and external agencies).
- Overall responsibility for leasing and renewals within sub-portfolio and alignment / engagement with the leasing team as appropriate.
- Prepare papers, including NPV's as required to obtain approvals for capex and leasing deals.
- Maximise profit through management of capital expenditure and providing strategic direction to maximise income.
- Manage (where applicable) co-ownership relationships and drive strategic alignment with co-owners to deliver GPT objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Provide leadership to asset site teams.
What makes you stand out
We're looking for an experienced commercial property professional who brings:
- 6+ years' experience in a general manager, portfolio manager or property investment role, with expertise in commercial property.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of asset management, leasing and property investment.
- Outstanding leadership skills with proven ability in high-level negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Strategic planning excellence – demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
- A proven ability to maximise revenue and minimise expenses to deliver sustainable returns.
- Skilled at building strong partnerships across diverse stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
