The role 

 

The Treasury Officer is responsible for assisting the Shared Services Manager across a number of key operations within the shared services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team and provide assistance for back office treasury, support outsourced processes and be involved in ad hoc projects and activities as required.

 

What you will be doing 

 

  • Providing daily cash balances for Treasury controlled accounts.
  • Forecasting cash timing for all non-treasury cash flow.
  • Liaising with Shared Services team members for cash requirements.
  • Managing transactional account banking relationships.
  • Liaising with the Treasury team regarding debt drawdowns, rollovers, repayment and settlement of treasury transactions.
  • Performing transactional banking activities.
  • Providing assistance with expense management.
  • Assisting in process improvements, process/audit/compliance reviews.

 

What makes you stand out

 

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a similar role that requires exceptional attention to detail, time management and stakeholder engagement. Accounting or Accounts Payable experience and relevant tertiary qualifications will be held in high regard.

 

Experience using SAP and/or Treasury Management Systems will be highly desirable.
