What does a typical recruitment process look like?
Your dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant will be your point of contact throughout our structured recruitment process, to answer your questions and address any concerns, ensuring you have a positive experience.

This process includes:
- Immediate acknowledgement of your application
- A phone or Teams interview with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant 
- Two interviews with the hiring manager and other relevant stakeholders
- On occasion there may also be some additional role related testing

What is involved in the background checks?
During the final interview stage, we will commence background checks, which are a key part of our recruitment process. We partner with a third-party provider to check references, working rights, qualifications, employment and criminal history. For certain roles, we may also complete an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and bankruptcy checks. 

All GPT employment offers are subject to the successful completion of background and reference checks. 

How does GPT deal with my personal information?
GPT respects your personal information. This information is collected, kept and used for the purposes of assessing your application and future employment opportunities at GPT. We have robust systems and processes that manage your data securely, please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information. 

How many jobs can I apply for?
You are welcome to apply for as many roles that fit your skills and experience.

Do you offer a graduate program?
GPT currently offers two graduate programs, which also provide paid work experience during the degree course as well as a potential opportunity to join GPT on a permanent basis after graduating:
- GPT Finance Graduate Program with the University of Technology Sydney for Bachelor of Accounting students. 
- GPT First Nations Scholarship Program with Western Sydney University, open to 2nd and 3rd year First Nations students.
