The role

 

We have an opportunity for a Customer Solutions Manager where you will be the driving force behind the customer solution strategy at our 8 Exhibition Street asset, reporting directly to the General Manager.

 

This role places you at the forefront of tenant engagement and service delivery, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism. You will collaborate across GPT’s national teams—including Property Operations, Marketing & Customer Experience, and Flexible Workspace Solutions—to deliver seamless services, events, and innovative customer initiatives that bring the building to life.

 

With oversight of concierge operations and a focus on creating a premium-grade experience, this is your opportunity to shape how our customers experience one of premium commercial assets.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Supporting the Senior Property Manager in liaising with Office and Retail Customers
  • Ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner and by the appropriate member of the management and wider on-site contractor team in a timely manner.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service every day. Strive to continuously enhance service performance and improve the customer journey to offer seamless experiences.
  • Supporting the Senior Property Manager with preparation, coordination, and execution of property documentation.   This includes manage telecommunications, storage, carpark and other licenses and Deeds. 
  • Assisting with the Monthly Asset Review Minutes, quarterly reporting, business plans, valuations and other reports and information as required. 
  • Working collaboratively with the wider asset management teams to develop strategic plans for the assets, focusing on asset positioning, leasing strategy and marketing initiatives.

 

What makes you stand out

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Finance, or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in commercial, industrial or retail property management.
  • Hold a current REIQ Salespersons License (or be willing to obtain).
  • Broad understanding and practical application of the following
    • Retail Leases Act
    • Property Management practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks.
