The role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our high performing asset team, leading the overall performance and property management of our premium office towers at 111 Eagle Street and Riverside Centre.

 

These iconic Brisbane assets are certified carbon neutral, and provide over 114,000 sqm of office space to our high profile corporate customers.

 

In this highly visible support role, you will develop and deliver leasing strategies, prepare financial reports and act as a key interface to ensure the ongoing management of tenant relationships.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Working collaboratively with the General Manager in implementing and delivering on the asset strategy, which may include leading project based initiatives.
  • Working alongside the General Manager and Leasing team to deliver leasing strategies for both existing and prospective tenants, working closely with external leasing agents and conducting inspections with prospective customers/tenant representatives.
  • Overseeing building matters and maintaining strong tenant relationships including involvement in deal analysis and tenant retention.
  • Liaising with the marketing team on the roll-out and maintenance of various marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing other key focus areas including overall retail management, carpark tenant management, attendance at tenant meetings and working alongside the operations team to deliver on the asset strategy, capital expenditure plans and operation budget.

We are looking for a commercial property management professional with sound experience in managing leasing campaigns and key tenant relationships.
 

You will be a strong relationship builder with well-honed negotiation and presentation skills. You will be comfortable getting into the technical detail of major lease financial scenarios, along with valuation, financial modelling and deal analysis skills.
