The role
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Executive to join the team at Karrinyup – the best, in the West – on a 6 month basis.
Your entrepreneurial and collaborative approach will seal your success to win new business, build key client relationships and with the support of the greater team, see you succeed.
What you will be doing
- Delivering revenue and occupancy targets across Short-Term Leasing, Media & Advertising and Sponsorship.
- Developing and executing key commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed income targets.
- Identifying and driving new business opportunities that deliver strong commercial outcomes and enhance the customer experience.
- Developing and maintaining aligned partnerships with prospective clients and stakeholders, providing a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Identifying market trends and emerging retail categories to deliver first-to-market activations and experiences.
- Developing and implementing an annual Business Development Strategy aligned with the Asset Business Plan, supporting long-term growth and commercial success.
What makes you stand out
To be successful in this role, you will need a background in sales or business development with a proven track record generating new business income and delivering initiatives to consistently meet budget. Previous retail property or media sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
More importantly, you will be passionate, self-motivated and driven to proactively canvas the market to secure new business opportunities, with the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. Given the financial measures of this position, you will also need meticulous financial management and budgeting skills.
This role would suit a sale focused and creative individual who is solution oriented and wishes to develop their skills within a leading property management company.
