The role
An exciting new opportunity to play a critical role supporting the Business Development Executives (BDE) with a range of administrative and operational tasks at GPT Group, as a Business Development Coordinator. In this fixed-term contract role, you will be essential to driving income growth through your management of key areas such as arrears and debt collection, client bookings, and stakeholder engagement and be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency.
What you will be doing
- Managing arrears, payment allocations and debt collection processes end-to-end and ensuring timely outcomes.
- Qualifying inbound inquiries for Business Development Executive’s.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client opportunities.
- Contributing to the overall business development strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.
- Assisting in preparing appropriate documents for stakeholder requirements i.e. creating presentation packs and weekly runsheets.
- Providing proactive administrative support to the Business Development Executive’s, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
What makes you stand out
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an administrative, business development, or coordinator role, ideally within a sales, property, or customer service-oriented industry. You have a knack for using software applications including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms and love embedding continuous improvement initiatives into your work. You will have thorough knowledge of financial management processes, including debt collection and arrears management and are able to manage high-pressure situations whilst meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
This role would suit a natural communicator, administrator, and problem solver with the well-honed ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and is seasoned at working collaboratively, confidentially and with strong attention to detail.
