The role

 

Due to growth, we are seeking a Property Operations Assistant to join the centre management team at Macquarie Centre.

 

This role assists the Operations Team in maximising operational efficiency and increasing the return on investment whilst prudently managing asset administration, risk and safety. 

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Ensuring all documentation relating to the property operations of the Centre is prepared, managed and stored accordingly.
  • Conducting accounts payable activities, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, requesting statements from contractors and tracking payments. 
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of scheduled work requests as well as completing and submitting vendor maintenance forms.
  • Managing and co-ordinating key Operations meetings, including booking of meeting rooms and administering minutes of meetings as required by operational team.
  • Developing high-quality presentations and draft reports and letters where required to assist Operational team. 
  • Capital Expenditure support and assistance, assisting the Team in project Scope of Works and associated briefs and documentation.
  • Supporting the Centre Management team, Integrated Services team and tenants with day to day facilities enquiries, demonstrating best practice communication and first class presentation across the asset.
  • Workplace health and safety, emergency and risk management support as well as participation in Duty Manager weekend and holiday roster as required.

You will be an extremely well organised and self-motivated professional who has experience in commercial property management or facilities services.

 

You will have excellent attention to detail, coupled with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. Moreover, you will have exceptional communication and organisational skills and be able to liaise with senior stakeholders
