The role
We are currently seeking the services of a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for one of Melbourne’s premium fashion, dining, lifestyle and entertainment destinations – Highpoint Shopping Centre.
In this outstanding opportunity, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the asset marketing strategy with alignment to the broader Business Plan.
The key focus of the Marketing Team is to develop and implement marketing strategies which are aligned with the brand positioning of the centre, whilst also delivering strong asset performance through the effective delivery of market share and sales driving campaigns and communications.
What you will be doing
- Leading the management of the Marketing Strategy for the asset to deliver market share, traffic and sales in line with targets.
- Championing the brand and ensuring the creative execution and communications effectively deliver on the brand proposition and positioning.
- Driving an experiential activation schedule that positions the asset experience above competitors and drives high levels of customer engagement.
- Setting appropriate budgets to deliver the marketing strategy and managing spend appropriately including monthly reforecasting and reporting.
- Leading the asset analysis of market segmentation, trend themes and motivations of our customer base in order to create compelling and effective campaigns that deliver measurable, actionable outcomes.
- Coaching, developing and leading the Centre Marketing Team to effectively execute the Strategic Marketing Plan and drive their professional growth.
- Planning and managing the content strategy, including directing the execution and evaluation of content performance.
What makes you stand out
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in the development and delivery of successful marketing strategies and campaigns that have lifted asset performance, in a large shopping centre environment or luxury retail market.
Tertiary qualified, you will need to demonstrate solid experience in building consumer facing brands with a deep knowledge and understanding of retailers and their business drivers.
