The role

 

We are currently seeking the services of a Digital Content Marketing Manager to take responsibility for shaping and executing the digital and content strategy for GPT Office.

You will develop and manage engaging, data-informed campaigns and content across web, email, social media, and paid digital channels, aligning with commercial objectives.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition and deepening engagement with existing customers.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Developing and leading the digital and content marketing strategy across owned, earned and paid channels to drive lead generation, nurture customer relationships and amplify GPT Office’s brand.
  • Leading digital campaign execution, including media planning, landing page development, SEO, SEM and retargeting strategies, with a focus on commercial performance and ROI.
  • Managing and optimising the GPT Office website ensuring content is current, on-brand and conversion-optimised.
  • Champion digital innovation, investigating best practices and AI opportunities to position GPT as a market leader in the digital and content space and recommend forward-looking strategies to enhance customer engagement, data utilisation and overall digital performance.
  • Planning, producing and managing content (copy, video, blogs, case studies, customer stories, email campaigns, etc.) that supports the full customer journey—from awareness to loyalty and establishing a content calendar to deliver content campaigns tailored to various digital channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business needs and key campaigns.

 

What makes you stand out

 

You will be Tertiary qualified, with significant prior experience in digital marketing and content strategy with a track record of developing and delivering successful campaigns.  

 

Your excellent communications skills, coupled with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and to build effective working relationships with a varied group of stakeholders.

 

You will have an understanding of digital marketing channels and tools and Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, as well as Skilled in using digital platforms (CMS, CRM, email platforms, analytics tools, and social media).

 

This role would suit a results driven Marketing professional with a strong background lead generation, digital storytelling and content-led engagement strategies and the ability to work collaboratively,  looking to take their career to the next level.
