The role

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive - Campaigns & Content to join our Customer Experience team (Office).

 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across various digital and traditional channels. You will be creating high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives, drives engagement, and supports marketing campaigns.  While also ensuring content strategies, across both GPT Office & GPT Space&Co, are cohesive and effective.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Developing content for all national campaigns in Office across both digital and traditional channels to drive reach and engagement including supporting the customer engagement program, marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Project managing the creative rollout and production of all campaign assets ensuring that each campaign element and creative execution is in line with the campaign idea, the design brief, the centre brand positioning and talks to the customer.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of best practice content and templates for the entire GPT Office team to enhance collaboration and efficiency
  • Maintaining campaign timelines from planning through to reporting with particular focus on timely delivery
  • Using data and insights to develop a deeper understanding of the customer and championing their voice in all campaigns and initiatives whilst also critically assessing campaign performance and results identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Working collaboratively across the broader marketing and customer team, and property asset teams to ensure alignment across all messaging.

 

 

What makes you stand out

 

You are a tertiary qualified Marketing Executive with prior experience in a similar role and have a good understanding of effective communication on digital channels. You are able to identify key priorities, manage multiple projects and are able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

This role will suit an exceptional communicator, with the ability to present ideas clearly and be comfortable using digital software and tools such as content management systems (CMS), Illustrator, Adobe Creative suite, Photoshop and Indesign.  You would be a team player, with a creative eye for design and strong attention to detail, looking for the next step in your career.
