The role

 

We currently have a need for a National Media & Partnerships Executive to join our team that drives media and partnerships revenue across GPT’s retail portfolio. 

 

This role is integral to net income growth for our centres, as well as the experience of our partners.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Planning , identifying, contacting, proposing, responding, negotiating, closing and reporting on all media enquiries to achieve the allocated sales target.
  • Delivering on the sales strategy to drive occupancy across the digital screen network and reach the allocated budget for national media and allocated budget for sponsorship/partnership and event monetisation.   
  • Securing partnerships that align to the national marketing calendar through sponsorships and monetisation tactics to drive new revenue and enhance the customer experience.
  • Proactively prospecting the market to drive first-to-market activations and partnerships from conception through to execution and developing and presenting clear return on investment reports for client spend to demonstrate the ROI on activations.
  • Building, developing and fostering relationships with agencies, national brands and retailers to maximise client category investment across the retail portfolio.
  • Updating and maintaining sales data and client information, including ongoing tracking of prospecting.
  • Supporting asset teams to drive static/classic media campaigns and integrate these opportunities in national digital campaigns.

 

What makes you stand out 

 

You will be sales professional with prior experience in Media agency sales and a proven track record of account and client management, as well as driving initiatives and strategy to support achieving sales budgets. Previous experience or exposure to Programmatic platforms would also be advantageous.

 

Solutions focused, you will have the ability to identify priorities and deliver key initiatives within timelines and take ownership of all areas of the role.

 

Your excellent communication and presentation skills, enable you to build rapport and develop effective working relationships with key business stakeholders.

 

This role would suit a proactive sales executive who wants to grow their career.
