The role

 

We have an exciting , full time opportunity for a Sales Executive, Meetings and Events GPT Space&Co to connect small to medium sized businesses with private, premium workspace and meeting spaces primarily across our brand new venue spaces at 181 William, Queen & Collins and 530 Collins. You will also provide coverage across any of our 11 locations in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

 

This is a genuine sales (‘hunter’) role that will partner with our Head of GPT Space&Co and Marketing & Customer Experience team to generate new business opportunity across our meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, events and all other membership types.

 

What you will be doing 

 

  • Generating new business and achieving targets for meeting room and event bookings across 3 primary Melbourne CBD locations and beyond
  • Partnering with the Head of and Marketing to develop and design innovative solutions including ancillary services such as catering, IT and other bespoke offerings
  • Actively developing strong business relationships with prospects
  • Building and maintaining sales and marketing collateral
  • Supporting a host of operational activities including front of house leave coverage, venue presentation, monthly reporting on core statistics including lead sources, inspections, conversation, occupancy, performance of marketing initiatives
  • Supporting the continuous marketing analysis of the flexible workspace landscape including product evolution and pricing model

We are looking for a strong sales professional with a reliable track record in generating new business income. You are a passionate and skilled hunter with a natural ability to build relationships and work autonomously.  

 

You could come from the FMCG, hospitality, media or property industries, although we also welcome experience gained from other industries.
