The Role

 

We have an exciting 6 month fixed term opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to work alongside the General Manager in managing the overall performance and property management of 3 of our premium office assets. This is a parental leave cover.

 

In this highly visible support role, you will develop and deliver leasing strategies, prepare financial reports, monitor financials and act as key interface to ensure management of the buildings and tenant relationships.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Supporting the General Manager in managing the overall performance of the asset including managing some direct reports
  • Working collaboratively with the General Manager in implementing and delivering on the asset strategy (Asset Review), which may include leading project based initiatives
  • Working alongside the General Manager in implementing and delivering on the asset strategy (Asset Review), which may include leading project based initiatives
  • Working alongside the General Manager and Leasing team to deliver leasing strategies for both existing and prospective tenants
  • Overseeing building matters and maintaining strong tenant relationships including involvement in deal analysis and tenant retention
  • Overseeing other key focus areas including overall retail management, carpark tenant management, attendance at tenant meetings and working alongside the operations team to deliver on the asset strategy, capital expenditure plans and operation budget.

 

What makes you stand out

 

We are looking for a commercial property management professional with sound experience in managing leasing campaigns and managing key tenant relationships to excel in the role.

 

Your ability to build relationships is excellent and you have well-honed negotiation, presentation skills and the ability to work autonomously. You are comfortable getting into the technical detail with major lease financial scenarios, the MS Office suite along with valuation, financial modelling and deal analysis skills.  

 

This could be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work on the landlord side for a premium asset and expand their commercial property career horizons.
