The role
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to partner closely with the Centre team to develop and deliver the asset marketing strategy for the celebrated Rouse Hill Town Centre.
As a pivotal role within the Marketing Team, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned to the centre’s brand positioning, while driving performance through sales led and traffic driving campaigns, communications and team leadership.
What you will be doing
- Lead the development and delivery of the annual Marketing Strategy aligned to the broader Business Plan, driving traffic, sales and market share, while managing the marketing budget with strong financial discipline and forecasting.
- Shape and deliver the centre’s brand and marketing approach, partnering with the Project Marketing Manager and wider team on development initiatives and ensuring brand positioning and creative execution resonate with key customer segments.
- Drive a differentiated centre activation and campaign program that delivers strong customer engagement and retailer participation across in-centre, digital and performance channels.
- Leverage research, data and digital analytics to inform strategy, identify market opportunities and risks, and continuously optimise campaign and content performance.
- Collaborate closely with the broader asset team to enhance retailer engagement and onboarding, while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team.

You are a Marketing Manager with proven experience in a similar role within retail, property or a consumer-facing environment, bringing a strong understanding of brand-led growth.
A creative and commercially minded thinker, you are skilled at translating consumer research and insights into compelling strategies and campaigns and confidently measuring and reporting on performance.
You are adept at managing multiple priorities, delivering projects within budget, and building strong, effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
With exceptional communication skills, sound digital and social capability, and the confidence to lead, influence and set direction, this fast-paced, hands-on role will suit a marketing generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to continue developing their leadership capability.
