The role

 

 

An exciting opportunity to join the GPT Space&Co team as a Business Administrator for a fixed-term contract based either in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of GPT Space&Co, with the financial and administrative delivery of the portfolio whist collaborating closely with the collective GPT Space&Co team, internal stakeholders and our members to provide guidance and be an escalation point.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the full administration of licence and lease agreements, ensuring that all documents are managed in line with GPT protocols, including the document execution process.
  • Being accountable for and the approver of monthly rent roll (alongside the sales and leasing teams), ensuring customer charges are processed in a timely and accurate manner in line with GPT standards.
  • Being the key liaison between the GPT Space&Co and key internal stakeholders for business objectives such as the lease admin and finance teams.
  • Providing training and continuous support to the team for all in-house systems and processes with regards to Salesforce, the monthly rent roll process, SharePoint, Adobe Sign, SAP and all other lease and debt management systems.
  • Supporting the continuous development and rollout of our in-house booking and business management platform (ility).
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies through system enhancements and automation across all process oriented tasks as well as developing (and maintaining) process documentation and training guides for any systems.

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated experience or similar from an administrative, systems, data entry or leasing background, looking to continue to develop and progress in their career.

 

 

With an aptitude for and technical experience in systems and processes (Salesforce and SAP experience is favourable), you will be a strong communicator, administrator, and problem solver with the well-honed ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and is seasoned at working collaboratively, methodically and with strong attention to detail. You will be proactive and love embedding continuous improvement initiatives in your work.
