  • Preparing comprehensive project dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations to project steering committees and distribute regular metric reports tracking portfolio performance
  • Identifying and evaluating procurement opportunities to maximize value across all sectors, conduct cost-benefit analyses for tender packaging and contractor selection, analysing supplier/contractor performance data to inform panel reviews and support procurement processes through business case and tender evaluation preparation
  • Developing and maintaining KPIs for capital project delivery (budget adherence, schedule performance, quality outcomes), conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, identify performance gaps and recommend solutions to enhance future delivery
  • Analysing spending patterns and forecasting capital expenditure requirements, monitoring market trends and benchmarking costs against industry standards, coordinating with finance teams for accurate budget tracking and financial reporting, and supporting lessor negotiations with data-driven cost insights
  • Partnering with Capital Managers, external project managers, asset managers and property teams to gather project intelligence and improve forecasting accuracy, whilst assisting in the development and implementation of our Portfolio Project Management system.
