The role
Kickstart your career in Capital Transactions with a leading real estate investment manager!
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with an interest in property to gain hands-on experience and develop a career in Capital Transactions with an ASX100 real estate investment manager.
As a Capital Transactions Graduate, you will support the General Manager, Capital Transactions, and work closely with the Capital Transactions, Investment, and Development Teams to help achieve acquisition and divestment targets across various sectors.
Your role will involve contributing to funds management growth, sector expansion strategies, and executing acquisitions, providing valuable exposure to the investment process within a dynamic real estate environment.
What you will be doing
- Performing financial modelling and scenario analysis across various sectors.
- Supporting acquisition bids, tenders, and Investment/Board Papers.
- Assisting in identifying opportunities aligned with business strategy and investment mandates.
- Supporting the co-ordination of due diligence and manage stakeholder teams.
- Collaborating with Investment and Fund Management teams to analyse opportunities.
- Building relationships with key industry stakeholders and representing GPT at events.
- Staying updated on market trends and pursue continuous professional development.
