The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join the GPT Space&Co team at Darling Park. In this customer facing role you will support the Location Manager in delivering exceptional member and guest experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our premium flexible workspace. You will be the first point of contact for members, guests and clients, helping to manage meeting rooms, events, and workspace services while maintaining the high presentation standards that Space&Co is known for.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of meetings, events and workspace bookings, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Build strong member relationships, supporting onboarding, engagement and repeat bookings.
  • Promote and upsell meeting rooms and event spaces, conduct tours and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the presentation, amenities and day-to-day operations of the workspace, coordinating with building management where required.
  • Provide support with venue technology including AV, Wi-Fi, printers and booking systems.
  • Assist with financial administration including invoices, purchase orders, billing and monitoring member accounts.
  • Maintain WHS compliance, CRM accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
