This role is central to supporting the Group’s sustainable growth and long-term strategic goals.
In partnership with the Chief Investment Officer, Head of Capital Transactions & Direct Capital, and Head of Research, you will be involved in identifying and analysing new opportunities, structuring investment products and funds, building strong client relationships, and supporting capital raising activities. This is a significant opportunity to help shape the future of the Group within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
What you will be doing
- Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities including JVs, new products, and capital partnerships aligned with Group strategy.
- Building and strengthening relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners to deliver innovative, value-maximising investment solutions.
- Developing and assessing financial models, analysis and deal structures to support M&A, capital raising, and strategic initiatives.
- Participating in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and creating compelling pitch materials to support investor engagement and capital raising efforts.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, risk, and finance teams to optimise new product and fund structures ensuring they are compliant and effectively executed.
- Staying ahead of market and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance client and stakeholder outcomes.
What makes you stand out
Joining a market-leading, people-first organisation, this role is ideal for a talented and highly driven professional from investment banking, private equity, or a related field who is ready to apply their expertise in a challenging new role.
Success in this position will draw on your strong foundation in corporate finance, property markets, investment trends, and asset classes, along with experience in fund structuring and capital formation.
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record successfully analysing and partnering in executing capital raising transactions and new business development in the real estate and funds sector. You will be a clear and thoughtful communicator, able to explain complex investment strategies and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
