- Responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee including the preparation of agendas, distribution of materials, minutes, and action items. Facilitating the management, collation and submission of Board and Committee papers and presentations, adhering to GPT style guidelines and deadlines.
- Collaborating with and supporting the CIO team on all aspects of transaction activity.
- Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance productivity and efficiency whilst maintaining accurate records and filing systems in SharePoint, handling confidential information with utmost care.
- Managing the expenses using Concur for the CIO and other senior CIO team members and processing purchase orders, new suppliers and Capex requests via GPT’s procurement and accounts payable system.
- Building effective relationships across the wider EA / PA community to facilitate smooth operations and ensure effective communication across the CIO division.
