As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Investor Relations, Funds Management, and Research. Your work will ensure that all visual communications not only reflect our brand identity but also elevate the clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness of our messaging. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in visual communication.
What you will be doing
- Designing and formatting documents and presentations for internal and external use, including investor materials, research reports, and pitch decks.
- Creating visually compelling decks and information memorandums by applying strong layout, typographic, and design principles.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs by aligning with established style guides and tone of voice.
- Translating complex business strategies and concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance storytelling and elevate visual communication.
- Sourcing, editing, and managing imagery, graphics, charts, and infographics, while maintaining a central library of design assets and templates.
What makes you stand out
We are seeking a talented designer with relevant experience in corporate communications, ideally within an in-house or agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides is essential, with familiarity in Workiva highly regarded.
You will be a strong visual storyteller with a solid grasp of design principles, able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects with ease, and bring excellent attention to detail.
Experience in finance, consulting, or research-led sectors is desirable, along with knowledge of UX/UI and motion design tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are a must.
