The role

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join GPT at a key point on its ambitious growth trajectory.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Listed Investor Relations to elevate our investor engagement and proactively expand our institutional investor base.

 

This will involve developing and implementing an investor relations strategy and ensuring investors and other stakeholders are well informed about the company’s performance, strategy, governance and outlook, fostering trust and confidence in the company’s management and financial condition.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Developing and implementing an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company’s business strategy and financial objectives.
  • Managing interim results, annual report, AGM and other investor-related events, as well as, leading investor relations related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics.
  • Overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports, press releases, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinating the Chair/Board investor engagement program including strategy development and communications plan.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders, as well as, identifying and attracting new long-term institutional investors.
  • Leading and mentoring the investor relations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Ensuring the compliance and disclosure of material information in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations.

 

What makes you stand out

 

This high-profile position requires extensive experience of investor relations, finance, and stockbroking with deep knowledge of an ASX listed environment. You will also need a strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.  Real estate industry experience is also preferred. 

 

We are seeking an exceptional communicator with superior presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex information clearly and effectively into compelling narratives.

 

To be successful you will be a strategic thinker, able to work well under pressure, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of key stakeholders and the leadership experience to inspire and lead a team.
