- Overseeing end-to-end operational execution, ensuring consistent and compliant delivery of patching, backup, disaster recovery, onboarding, and technical coordination to reduce risk and improve service outcomes.
- Supporting governance, risk, and compliance obligations, including GS-007, IT General Controls, audits, documentation, controls testing, and alignment between operational delivery and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will bring proven financial management capability, including budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to define, embed, and improve operational processes and governance. Experience leading technology tenders, vendor transitions, and working within property, facilities, or multi-site environments is desirable. Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, or cloud certifications are preferred.
Key capabilities include strategic thinking with a strong execution focus, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strong commercial and negotiation acumen, and a confident leadership presence.
