The role

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and performance of our logistics platform.

This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle – from market research and deal analysis through to execution and ongoing portfolio management.

You will work closely with senior leaders, build strong cross-functional relationships and play a visible part in our continued success in the logistics sector.

What you will be doing

  • Building and managing complex financial models that inform decisions at the highest level.
  • Contributing to major acquisitions and divestments, working alongside experts in tax, treasury, legal and asset management.
  • Playing a central role in portfolio optimisation, finding ways to enhance returns while mitigating risk.
  • Developing deep market insights into supply, demand, rental trends and competitor activity, translating this into actionable strategies.
  • Preparing investment committee papers and presentations that influence key stakeholders and shape our capital deployment.

What makes you stand out

You will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in investment banking, funds management, or real estate.

Advanced Excel modelling skills are essential, as you will be assessed on your ability to build and manage complex financial models during the interview process.

Alongside your technical expertise, you will bring sharp problem-solving abilities, clear and confident communication skills and a strong eye for detail. Most importantly, you will be someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality insights that support strategic decision-making.
