The role
The Investment Analyst, Office plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely analysis of leasing performance across the Office portfolio, translating complex data into clear insights that inform strategic decisions and uncover opportunities for value creation. The role also supports the Office Valuations Manager during valuation cycles, ensuring robust and reliable inputs.
Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will combine strong analytical capability with commercial insight, using data to solve problems, influence outcomes, and drive performance. Success in this role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, alongside a high level of numeracy and attention

What you will be doing
- Deliver financial modelling and analysis across leasing deals, asset and portfolio performance, valuations, and investment decisions, including preparing committee papers and supporting reporting and presentations
- Provide market and customer insights through sub-market analysis, supply pipeline tracking, and feedback data to support leasing strategy and business priorities
- Coordinate leasing activities across the portfolio, including meetings, forecasting, reporting, deal tracking, and alignment of market opportunities
- Manage leasing systems and portals, ensuring data accuracy, tracking enquiries and trends, and supporting technology and process improvements
- Support valuation processes end-to-end, including coordination, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely outputs, while contributing to ongoing business improvement initiatives
What makes you stand out
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and at least six years’ experience are required, along with a strong understanding of Office markets and solid commercial and financial acumen.
Advanced analytical capability and Excel modelling skills are essential, supported by strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Salesforce experience is desirable.
A collaborative yet self-directed approach, combined with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn, is key.
