The role
We are currently looking for Investor Relations & Corporate Access Associate to take responsibility for facilitating and enhancing the company’s relationships with institutional investors and analysts on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role involves coordinating investor access initiatives, organising roadshows and meetings, and ensuring effective communication between the company and its stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Investment banks that have research coverage of GPT.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance corporate visibility and support capital raising efforts.
- Organising and coordinating meetings, asset tours, roadshows, and conference calls between company executives and investors to facilitate meaningful dialogue.
- Scheduling of investor meetings and investor site tours
- Planning and executing investor events, specifically focusing on GPT NSW business-driven events (e.g. annual and mid-year results, AGM), ensuring a positive experience for participants.
- Collaborating with Investor Relations, Communications, Fund Managers and Executive team to ensure smooth running of investor relations events.
- Provide administration support to the Head of Investor Relations & IR team, as needed.
What makes you stand out
You will have experience in investor relations, corporate access, or a related field, combined with an understanding of or an interest in, capital markets and investor behaviour.
Highly organised, you will be able to juggle multiple tasks effectively and be able to prioritise and problem solve.
You will have high attention to detail, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
We are seeking an analytical, self starter with the ability to manage highly confidential information discreetly and who wants to build a career in a leading property investment company.
