The role

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lease Administration Manager to join our Office team and manage the lease administration process from issuing an offer, execution, registration of the Lease through to the ongoing variations, rent rolls and billing maintenance in our system.

 

This is a varied, fast paced role that is a key part of the Sydney based Office Property Management team. You will partner with a broad range of tenants, stakeholder groups and carry out a complexity of transactions, solidifying your career in commercial property.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Being the main point of contact for all accounts queries and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Managing the end to end administration of assigned lease contacts, ensuring all documents relating to the property are managed accurately in line with GPT’s protocols
  • Preparing and entering systems requests to ensure tenant billings are correct such as changes and variations to leases, invoicing and abatements.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders on the outgoings budgets process such as ensuring all Outgoings budgets are issued to tenants and processed per the set timelines.
  • Preparing and updating monthly reporting and quarterly reporting for review by Commercial Manager and General Managers and providing documentation and/or reports for valuations and audits

To be successful in this role, you would ideally bring foundational experience in a comparable lease administration or a finance related role and have the commercial acumen, drive and ambition for commercial property management to thrive in this role.

 

You will have good attention to detail, proficient SAP systems knowledge combined with the ability to work systematically and independently to achieve strong business outcomes. The ability to engage and work  collaboratively with others and the ability to develop effective relationships will be key to your success.
