The role


We have an exciting 6month FTC opportunity for a Manager, GPT Space&Co to oversee all operational requirements for our Space&Co venue at Darling Park. Driven by a clear vision to position GPT Space&Co as Australia's premier flexible workspace provider, you will play a key role in elevating both our brand and the member experience every single day.

Customer experience sits at the core of everything we do. Aligned with our 'Experience First' value, you will be passionate about cultivating inspiring, world-class workspaces and delivering exceptional customer experiences through meaningful communication, proactive facilities management, and engaging customer interactions and activations.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Serving as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for all members and guests, responding promptly to their enquiries and requests while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Managing external meeting room and workshop bookings with efficiency and precision, ensuring seamless day-of execution, attending to all user needs (including technology), and identifying opportunities to upsell and secure repeat bookings
  • Strengthening member loyalty through proactive engagement, regular catch-up meetings (in partnership with the Sales Team), and creative initiatives that continuously raise the bar on satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships
  • Overseeing the full customer journey with the support of the National Sales Team — from onboarding and engagement through to retention and renewal — maintaining accurate records and delivering a seamless, rewarding experience at GPT Space&Co
  • Coordinating and managing venue maintenance in collaboration with the building management team and relevant stakeholders, upholding the highest standards of venue presentation and day-to-day operations
  • Managing venue billing and actively contributing to the financial performance and cost management of GPT Space&Co with guidance from the Regional Manager
