The role

 

An exciting opportunity to join the GPT Office team as a Marketing Communications Manager, where you will be pivotal in shaping the market presence of the team through integrated thought leadership initiatives.

 

You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving impactful campaigns that position GPT Office as a thought leader in the market whilst working closely together with our internal and external communications teams to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and business goals.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to enhance GPT Office’s brand visibility and recognition in the market.
  • Managing and executing targeted leasing and customer engagement campaigns to drive occupancy and retention.
  • Developing key messaging for the Office portfolio and establishing a communications framework that strengthens engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creating and managing content for GPT Office’s internal and external communication channels, including social media, corporate publications, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with PR agencies and industry bodies to enhance media presence and thought leadership for GPT Office.
  • Monitoring industry trends and insights to continuously evolve the communications strategy for GPT Office.

 

What makes you stand out

 

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a communications or marketing related field, be a natural communicator with a proactive style of working, be comfortable engaging with and influencing stakeholders from all levels and whilst tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, or communications are not mandatory, they are preferred.

 

You will have expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and excellent project management skills. You will thrive on building relationships, be experienced with the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat and have the well-honed ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deliverables to time and budget whilst working collaboratively.
