The role

 

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Office business in a fixed-term role supporting the Customer Experience & Leasing teams. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of leasing and marketing projects as well as supporting the delivery of commercial targets.

 

You will be working closely with the Marketing & Customer team to plan and execute on a broad range of customer engagement and Leasing marketing activities, to drive performance through positive and memorable customer engagement and asset activations. You will also be supporting the Leasing team with timely administrative and operational support.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Supporting digital content campaigns and strategies that support elevating the customer experience across all platforms including customer portals, content management systems (CMS) and OURWorkplace Portal
  • Assisting with the coordination and management of key customer engagement initiatives and project managing the marketing and leasing team events
  • Supporting the events and customer experience executive with deployment of customer experiences within our national workplaces
  • Providing graphic design support whilst building the internal brand and profile across the marketing and leasing team through initiatives such as blogs, internal launches, video reels and edm’s
  • Working collaboratively across the broader marketing and customer team to ensure alignment and consistent brand messaging at every customer touch point
  • Preparing and maintaining all administrative requirements for the marketing, customer and leasing teams such as travel and expense management, invoice processing, manage and document purchase order requests, marketing recoverables and supporting the preparation of the marketing budget process end-to-end

 

What makes you stand out

 

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator capacity. You will have a knack for using digital marketing software and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, along with excellent technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

 

This role would suit a natural communicator with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the well-honed ability to juggle multiple competing priorities whilst being able to work collaboratively.
