The role
As the Marketing Executive, Content and Customer Experience, you will be joining a dynamic team committed to creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering high-quality outcomes across the GPT Office portfolio. In this role, you’ll shape and elevate the GPT brand story through strategic, customer-centric marketing and digital storytelling.
You will lead the development and execution of innovative content strategies that bring the GPT experience to life across digital platforms—crafting engaging narratives, multimedia campaigns, and data-driven content that resonate with workplace customers. Through compelling storytelling and thoughtful digital engagement, you’ll strengthen customer connections, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and expand GPT’s impact and visibility across the digital landscape.
What you will be doing
The principal tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Bringing the GPT Office brand to life through impactful digital storytelling, blending authentic narratives, strong visuals, and customer insights to drive meaningful engagement.
- Maintaining a centralised activation calendar and database of events, initiatives, and customer touchpoints, ensuring smooth and coordinated delivery across the portfolio.
- Tracking and analyse content performance and customer behaviour data to inform continuous improvement.
- Gathering tenant feedback from activations and prepare quarterly summaries for senior leadership highlighting key outcomes and recommendations.
- Collaborating with content, digital marketing, and external partners to develop compelling narratives, creative briefs, and tailored marketing assets that elevate customer stories and leasing wins.
What makes you stand out
With tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or communications and at least 2 years of hands-on experience, you bring a strong mix of technical capability, creative thinking, and executional excellence. You have solid experience in digital marketing, including working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CMS tools such as Kentico, supported by strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Your visual design skills and commitment to brand consistency are strengthened by your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, along with your ability to storyboard, film, and edit both short-form and long-form video content.
Highly organised and detail-driven, you manage multiple projects with ease while maintaining a high standard of quality. You thrive on creative problem-solving and bring a genuine passion for elevating customer experiences.
