The role
The Marketing Manager – Office leads strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth across GPT’s office property portfolio. The role focuses on attracting new customers, strengthening tenant relationships, and delivering targeted campaigns that support acquisition and retention.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Marketing Manager ensures consistent brand messaging, develops effective go-to-market strategies, and leverages insights to position GPT’s office properties as the preferred choice for tenants. The role also provides guidance on marketing best practices, driving innovation and excellence across all initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Leading strategic marketing initiatives for GPT Office, aligning go-to-market plans with business objectives to drive occupancy, differentiation, and portfolio value.
- Acting as brand champion for the Office portfolio, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.
- Planning and deliver marketing projects, including product launches and campaigns, with clear timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Partnering closely with internal and external communications teams, providing strategic guidance, coordinating asset-level activity, and supporting industry event representation.
- Developing and deliver capability statements that articulate GPT’s value proposition and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitoring industry trends and insights to refine communications strategy and share relevant updates across channels.
- Preparing and submit award nominations that showcase organisational achievements and impact.
- Leading and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and driving strong commercial outcomes.
What makes you stand out
You will have tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, or communications, along with approximately five years’ experience in a marketing or communications role. Experience within real estate or commercial property is highly regarded.
You are a proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business. You have a strong track record in developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging. You demonstrate strong project management capability, effectively prioritising initiatives and delivering outcomes on time and within budget, and you are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools including Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop.
