The role

 

We currently have a need for a National Media & Partnerships Executive (Programmatic Lead) to join our team that drives media and partnerships revenue across GPT’s retail portfolio. 

 

The Programmatic Lead is responsible for developing and growing the national programmatic media platform across GPT’s retail portfolio.

 

This role is integral to net income growth for our centres, as well as the experience of our partners.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Being our programmatic lead in market and the face of our platform for key media partners, external suppliers, agencies and vendors.
  • Owning the technical implementation across our retail digital network by developing and refining our process to ensure income and campaign delivery is optimised.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and developing and growing strong trusted relationships across agencies and in-house clients to drive revenue.
  • Responding to customer requests and briefs through selection of the most effective products, tactics, audiences and technologies that achieve their objective and KPI’s.
  • Implementing measurement strategies to define our KPI's and post campaign reporting.
  • Manage day to day operations, ad ops, reporting, optimisation and analysis.
  • Optimizing campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.

 

What makes you stand out 

 

You will be a sales professional with prior experience in a similar role (Inc. DSP, SSP, Publisher or media agency environment) and a proven track record of account and client management, as well as driving initiatives and strategy to support achieving sales budgets.

 

You will have solid understanding of programmatic trading and implementation and how the programmatic ecosystem fits into the overall media landscape as well as knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models and associated technologies,

 

Solutions focused, you will have the ability to identify priorities and deliver key initiatives within timelines and take ownership of all areas of the role.

 

Your excellent communication and presentation skills, enable you to build rapport and develop effective working relationships with key business stakeholders.

 

You will also be able to translate data into meaningful insights and be able to adapt quickly to new concepts as they present themselves.

 

This role would suit a person with a passion for the media landscape, who keeps abreast of industry trends who wants to grow their career within a leading property company.
