The role
Due to growth, we are currently seeking the services of a Media & Partnerships Executive to join the team responsible for driving media and partnerships revenue across GPT’s retail portfolio. The role is integral to net income growth for our centres, as well as the experience of our partners.
What you will be doing
- Delivering the budget for national media and brand partnerships by developing a sales strategy to drive occupancy and income optimisation across the digital network and static assets.
- Identifying income opportunities, planning, negotiating and reporting on all media enquiries to ensure sales target is delivered.
- Managing and fostering key accounts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and are supported to grow their spend in our centres.
- Managing and reporting on Programmatic income, ensuring regular business updates and strategy for income optimisation.
- Driving our strategy to monetise the national marketing calendar through sponsorships with exceptional campaign management.
- Analysing and interpreting market data to identify emerging / high-spend categories to proactively target as part of the delivery of the client engagement plan.
- Keeping abreast of key market trends to support sales strategy delivery and category optimisation and prospecting in market to identify new business opportunities.
What makes you stand out
You will be sales professional with prior experience in Media agency sales and a proven track record of account and client management, as well as driving initiatives and strategy to support achieving sales budgets. Previous experience or exposure to Programmatic platforms would also be advantageous.
Solutions focused, you will have the ability to identify priorities and deliver key initiatives within timelines and take ownership of all areas of the role.
Your excellent communication and presentation skills, enable you to build rapport and develop effective working relationships with key business stakeholders.
