The role
Due to substantial business growth and an ambitious corporate strategy, we require a National Digital Marketing Manager, to join our entrepreneurial Retail Digital & Marketing team.
This role responsible for the strategic development, innovation, management, implementation and measurement of the digital marketing communications ecosystem. This role is pivotal to how we execute and engage with our customers and retailers through our online presence including website, email, SMS, and social media.
Reporting to General Manager, Campaigns and Content and working closely with the National Campaign Manager and Centre Marketing teams, the National Digital Marketing Manager ensures the flawless delivery of campaigns and content across all digital channels. The role also supports the Digital and Marketing team on key digital innovation projects.
What you will be doing
- Developing and executing the marketing digital strategy, across paid, search, paid social and display channels, and supporting the achievement of market targets.
- Developing key digital initiatives to drive engagement and acquisition across social and digital channels and enhance the customer experience.
- Working with the National Campaign Manager, to develop digital strategy to amplify national campaigns and initiatives across all digital channels.
- Providing support to the marketing teams by partnering them on digital strategies and implementation, including social, CRM and content strategy plans.
- Managing the implementation of eCRM strategy (acquisition) at a portfolio and brand level.
- Identifying key insights from digital data and sales analysis, market research and market reports to generate campaign concepts and content for multiple brands to grown customer acquisition and engagement.
- Acting as an expert in relation to digital, email, social media, direct marketing and privacy laws and provide advice and recommendations to senior management.
What makes you stand out
To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified with a strong track record in a similar Content, Digital or Brand Management role responsible for multiple brands. Website management, backend knowledge and CRM experience are essential. Retail and/or property experience would be advantageous.
We are seeking a pragmatic, hands-on practitioner with a real passion for digital and social, and experience teaching teams about the benefits of these channels. You will be a self-starter with a proactive approach to all areas of the role and the ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver outcomes.
