The role

 

We are seeking a National Director, Logistics Leasing to lead the leasing function for our $3 billion pipeline of logistics development projects across the eastern seaboard. The role will be central to shaping leasing strategies, building strong tenant relationships and supporting the growth of GPT’s logistics portfolio.

 

Working closely with Development, Asset Management and Capital Transactions, you will contribute to new business opportunities while ensuring leasing outcomes that align with our long-term investment strategy. This role also includes overseeing key lease negotiations, supporting asset performance and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.

 

Please note - this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Leading leasing strategy – shaping and delivering a national approach to maximise investment returns and portfolio performance.
  • Driving new business opportunities – leveraging your market relationships to seed new developments and expand partnerships with major tenants.
  • Delivering results – negotiating major lease transactions, minimising vacancy downtime and optimising asset performance.
  • Collaborating across teams – working closely with Development, Asset Management and Capital Transactions to identify and deliver new logistics opportunities.
  • Championing customer experience – building long-term, transparent relationships with occupiers and creating leasing campaigns that engage and inspire.

You will bring established networks and a solid understanding of leasing, property and asset management, supported by strong financial and analytical skills.
