The role

 

The National Portfolio Services Manager, Office brings together people, processes and insight to lift performance across our office portfolio. This role drives consistency, smarter ways of working and meaningful improvement across asset management, leasing and property management —helping teams deliver stronger outcomes and better experiences, every day.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

As National Portfolio Services Manager, Office, you will connect people, processes and performance across our national portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Leading the way in driving consistent, high-performing asset and property management practices across our national office portfolio
  • Partnering closely with finance and asset teams to support strategic reviews, budgeting, forecasting and informed investment decisions
  • Turning data into insight by shaping meaningful reporting, analytics and tools that support smarter decision-making
  • Strengthening property management delivery by setting clear expectations, improving ways of working and supporting national consistency
  • Owning and evolving key operational frameworks, including leadership within lease administration, asset transitions and resource allocation
  • Building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication, aligned processes and smooth execution
  • Supporting risk management, compliance and governance activities to help protect and enhance portfolio performance
  • Playing a hands-on leadership role—bringing people together, sharing knowledge and enabling teams to do their best work

 

 

What makes you stand out

 

The ideal fit for this role brings strong experience in commercial office property, with a proven ability to work across asset management, property management and leasing. You have well-developed commercial judgement and financial capability, and are confident contributing to strategic reviews, budgeting, forecasting and investment decisions at a portfolio level. You are comfortable using data, systems and reporting to drive consistency, improve performance and support informed decision-making.

 

Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust and influence across a broad stakeholder group. You lead in an inclusive and practical way, cutting through complexity and improving how teams work together. A tertiary qualification in property, commerce, business, economics or a related discipline is essential, along with the capability to operate effectively in a national, fast-moving and highly collaborative environment.
