This role is suited to an experienced career paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of processes and enjoys building strong working relationships across a collaborative team and the broader GPT business. The role will have the support of part-time paralegals who you will also have the opportunity to mentor and support.

- External Counsel & Legal Spend: administering matter management and e-billing systems, and preparing legal spend, WIP and debtor reporting.
- Mentoring & Continuous Improvement: Supporting and mentoring junior paralegals, and identifying opportunities to improve legal processes, systems and document management.
What makes you stand out

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are complemented by a keen attention to detail, and you are familiar with legal technology such as matter management and contract management systems.
You take a positive approach to working with legal platforms and systems, and you collaborate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed and up to date. You are someone who takes initiative, brings a can-do attitude, and is willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
