The role
We’re seeking an organised and proactive People Administrator to join our People team, supporting the delivery of high-quality employee experiences. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes and people lifecycle transactions.
With a strong focus on employment data accuracy, HRIS transactions, and lifecycle support, you’ll ensure people related transactions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll work closely with the Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Technology teams to ensure accurate, efficient and seamless support throughout the employee journey.
What you will be doing
- Processing employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS (e.g. onboarding, changes, exits).
- Managing data integrity, contingent workforce administration, and regular audits.
- Generating HR reports and ensuring timely payroll data handover.
- Supporting HRIS system administration, change testing, and end-user troubleshooting.
- Managing position numbers and maintaining accurate organisational structure data within the HRIS.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and communications.
- Managing the People inbox and SharePoint files, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
- Preparing employment-related letters and supporting employee surveys in Culture Amp.
- Assisting with People Team initiatives such as compliance, policy updates, and process improvements.
What makes you stand out
You’ll have previous experience in a HR support or administrative role, with hands-on involvement in employee data management and people lifecycle transactions — ideally using SuccessFactors, or experience with a comparable HRIS.
You’re naturally curious and proactive, always looking ahead to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise. Detail-oriented and well-organised, you’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and sensitive information. You’ll bring a friendly, collaborative mindset, a passion for delivering great service, and excellent communication skills to support a positive employee experience across GPT.
