The role
Working with the Senior People Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor supporting people leaders and their teams across the business.
This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to deepen their impact across the employee lifecycle – from performance management and employee relations to policy guidance and process improvement.
You'll collaborate across functions to ensure the consistent delivery of practical, solution-focused HR support that enhances both employee experience and organisational outcomes.
What you will be doing
- Partnering with People Leaders to build strong relationships and provide timely, pragmatic HR advice.
- Supporting employee relations issues, including informal investigations, performance conversations and disciplinary matters.
- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Assisting with performance management, including preparation, feedback documentation and improvement plans.
- Delivering annual people processes such as remuneration reviews, performance calibrations, and talent planning.
- Overseeing HRIS data accuracy and people record management in partnership with the HRIS Functional Lead.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding experiences with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preparing HR data reports and dashboards that support insight-led decision-making.
- Contributing to HR process improvement and helping deliver strategic people initiatives such as workforce planning and change programs.
What makes you stand out
You’ll have experience in HR generalist, business partnering or advisory roles, with a sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Known for your strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’re confident supporting leaders through complex people matters.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, you adapt well to change and thrive in fast-paced environments. With a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, you’re committed to delivering practical, people-focused solutions. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
