GPT Graduate Program: Property
As a graduate in our 2027 Property Graduate Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full property lifecycle through a structured two-year rotational program. You’ll rotate as part of a small graduate group across our Office, Retail, Logistics and CIO platforms, building a strong foundation across asset management, development, leasing, transactions, investment, research and portfolio strategy, working alongside experienced professionals on real projects and iconic assets.
What you’ll do
- Rotate across Office, Retail, Logistics and CIO to build broad capability across the property lifecycle.
- Support asset management, including performance, customer engagement and financial analysis.
- Contribute to development projects, from new builds to repositioning initiatives.
- Gain exposure to leasing and transactions: deal structures, negotiation and market dynamics.
- Learn how funds management works, from capital partners to raising and managing third-party capital.
- Support investment and strategy through portfolio analysis, market research and capital allocation.
What you’ll bring
- A degree in property, commerce, business, finance, economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear, confident communication.
- Tenacious and curious by nature, with a genuine interest in property and how it shapes cities and communities.
