The role

The role

As the Property Leasing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality insights to support GPT’s Office and Logistics portfolios, as well as its capital partnerships.

Working collaboratively across the business, this role coordinates key activities and engages with a broad range of stakeholders, including property management, leasing, development, finance, and capital transactions teams.

Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, precise, and reliable information for both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reporting and analysis for GPT’s office and logistics capital partnerships, the GPT Office Wholesale Fund, and the balance sheet portfolio.
  • Maintaining the leasing deal database, including calculations of leasing spreads, incentives, terms, and compliance with leasing standards.
  • Supporting the quarterly budgeting and forecasting process with asset finance.
  • Coordinating with property management, leasing, development, finance, and capital transactions teams to compile information for operating assets, projects, acquisitions, and ongoing reporting.
  • Tracking and coordinate information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing minutes for key logistics capital partnership meetings and manage follow-up actions.
  • Conducting research and document insights on opportunities or focus areas across the Logistics division.
  • Preparing reporting and analysis for ASX market updates and announcements.
  • Delivering ad hoc reporting and analysis for stakeholders across the Office and Logistics divisions.

What makes you stand out

You will have 2–4 years of property investment or analysis experience, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications in business, property economics, or a related field. Strong numerical and statistical capabilities, a solid understanding of the property investment process and leasing metrics, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills are essential. The role requires keen attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving, along with the ability to plan and meet reporting and project deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook—and the ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities are also key requirements.
