The role
Are you a driven property professional with a passion for maximising retail potential? Due to business and portfolio growth, we are seeking a talented Leasing Executive to manage and execute new lease negotiations and drive rental performance in our dynamic retail portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for negotiating speciality leases, managing critical tenancies, and contributing to strategic asset planning. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and growth of our centres by ensuring tenancy mix optimisation and sustainable rental income.
What you will be doing
- Negotiating new leases, renewals, market rent reviews, and incentives to meet portfolio/centre targets to meet or exceed annual deal targets
- Preparing and delivering retail plans and forecasts,
- Driving leasing outcomes across vacancies and critical tenancies.
- Introducing new retailers and retail formats to the portfolio/centre.
- Cultivating strong retailer relationships and staying ahead of market trends.
- Supporting asset development and asset master plans through forecasting and selection of relevant retail and insightful retail / market intelligence.
- Collaborating with Centre Management, Development, and Marketing Teams.
