The role
We have an opportunity for a Sales & Business Development Executive to take ownership of all sales activities and drive revenue growth across Space&Co. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of deals across all membership types, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and events. It also holds full accountability for member retention through renewals and upgrades, with a strong focus on increasing ancillary income and identifying new revenue opportunities.
This position works closely with the Head of GPT Space&Co. and the Marketing & Customer Experience team. As a key member of the operations team, the role also provides essential support to ensure seamless service delivery, with an ongoing commitment to an ‘experience-first’ approach from a sales perspective.

What you will be doing
- Deliver occupancy, utilisation, and revenue targets across serviced offices, meeting rooms, and events, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage all inbound enquiries, maintain accurate listings across channels, and ensure timely, responses.
- Contribute to and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive demand and maximise revenue, including ancillary services such as catering and IT.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, members, and local partners to support new business, retention, renewals, and growth opportunities.
- Manage the full member lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and expansions are effectively delivered.
- Prepare and support reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure all sales documentation, agreements, and membership records
- Work closely with operations to support onboarding, service delivery, events, and provide team coverage when required.
- Maintain high presentation standards across spaces and contribute to an ‘experience-first’ environment.
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey
What makes you stand out
The ideal candidate will bring at least three years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of generating new business revenue. Experience within flexible workspace, residential, or commercial property is advantageous, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
You will demonstrate strong relationship-building capabilities with key stakeholders, along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. A collaborative team player, you are equally comfortable working independently, showing initiative and have a proactive approach. The role requires someone who can effectively prioritise, plan, and deliver key initiatives, with well-developed problem-solving skills and a focus on practical, solutions-driven outcomes.
