Senior Development Analyst

The role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Analyst to support our Logistics Development and Investment Management teams through the delivery of high-quality development feasibilities and financial analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate development feasibility models that inform key decisions relating to land acquisition, master planning, and project delivery. You will also contribute to the financial components of development investment papers and provide regular reporting across development projects, including PCGs, budgeting and forecasting, and input into financial results.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, a solid understanding of property development fundamentals, and the ability to communicate insights clearly while working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Managing and maintain development feasibility models for logistics developments and acquisitions, including forecasting capex, preparing KPI tables for Investment Committee, verifying inputs, benchmarking assumptions, and updating financial schedules
- Overseeing capex reporting for month-end, valuations, and forecasts, and assist with monthly reporting, accruals, book value movements, and preparation of PCG, segment reporting, and QuadReal cash call notices
- Supporting the preparation of Investment Committee and Board papers, including tenant lease summaries, cashflow analysis, development fee analysis, and other investment documentation
- Assisting with half-yearly and annual financial reporting, respond to external audit enquiries, and support interim and annual report preparation
- Building strong relationships across Development, Investment, Asset Management, and Capital Transactions teams, providing financial support such as budget setup, expenditure monitoring, system troubleshooting, and participation in governance forums
- Driving continuous improvement in development finance processes and systems, lead reviews of forecasting and feasibility assessments, support asset plans and budgets, and mentor junior team members
What makes you stand out
You will hold a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree and be CA or CPA qualified, or eligible to obtain professional membership. You will bring strong relationship-building and communication skills, excellent business and commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of property fundamentals. You will have advanced Excel cashflow modelling capability, proven experience in development analysis, and the ability to produce clear, effective reports. You will be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams.
