The role

 

We are looking for SuccessFactors Functional Lead to be responsible for managing a suite of technology solutions that support GPT People and Human resources information systems (HRIS). The HRIS solution currently includes SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning.

 

This role demands a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes, with a strong focus on collaboration and ownership of people solutions.

 

Working closely with various stakeholders, the SuccessFactors Functional Lead ensures the design, development, and delivery of the people platform aligns with business needs and is sustained over time. While effectively managing risk and compliance, performance and reliability objectives and key results for the platform.

 

This is a diverse role with exposure to all aspects of Property Management including property management, projects, customer service and finance.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Developing and maintaining the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, maximizing the platform’s potential. Including pro-active management SuccessFactors releases.
  • Ensuring the platform meets risk and compliance objectives through initiatives such as user access reviews, privileged access management, segregation of duties, backup and disaster recovery planning and testing. Additionally, implement data privacy reviews and robust controls to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Establishing and sustaining productive relationships external partners and internal stakeholders to achieve both business and platform objectives.
  • Defining and prioritizing backlog items (epics, features, and user stories) to guide the Agile development team effectively with a focus on high-value deliverables aligned with the Platform strategy.
  • Supporting the People team at GPT with system changes and ensure the appropriate governance around changes, ensuring that any changes which have downstream or broader implications are managed effectively through the change control process.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials to support the platform.

 

What makes you stand out

 

You will be a strong IT functional expert, with sound knowledge and significant experience in SuccessFactors and HR business processes, who set standards by example and has the ability to take ownership.

 

You have proven  ability to plan, execute and deliver Technology projects and service delivery, working with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to to resolve issues or achieve a common goal.

 

You will need effective communication and negotiation skills and be able to manage outcomes with various stakeholder groups.

 

As a well-organized, team player and excellent collaborator, you will thrive in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve platform stability and reliability.
