The role
As a key member of our Workplace Experience team, you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and guests — managing reception presence, meeting room standards, and exceptional food and beverage service. You will coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and events, prepare high-quality coffee, and uphold our commitment to creating moments that matter for everyone who walks through our doors.

- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to guests and employees.
- Managing reception duties, guest sign-ins, deliveries, and event support.
- Overseeing food and beverage service, including high-quality barista coffee and catered events.
- Setting up, restocking, and maintaining meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Liaising with suppliers, managing pantry stock, and coordinating catering needs.
- Supporting calendar and email coordination as needed.
What makes you stand out
The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in hospitality, concierge, or corporate food and beverage service, with a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experiences.
Demonstrated experience as a skilled barista, particularly in high-volume or premium environments, is highly valued. Professional presentation and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential to maintaining a welcoming and polished front-of-house presence.
In addition, attention to detail, reliability under pressure, and the ability to multitask effectively are key attributes for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with familiarity in tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive considered an advantage. A current RSA certification is essential to fulfil the service requirements of this position.
